Overview

The Duke of Burgundy is declining within the county and its future prospects gives cause for concern. In Cumbria it is found exclusively around the north of Morecambe bay on sheltered LIMESTONE GRASSLAND and freshly COPPICED WOODLAND sites that have abundant, strong Cowslip or Primrose plants in a tussocky sward.
