Although the Common Blue can be seen almost anywhere, except in the mountains, the best places are around the coast. Try the Workington windfarms, NX996303: Drigg Dunes SD050985: Askam Lots, SD208767: Hodbarrow, SD184783: South Walney, SD214622: Sandscale Haws, SD197755. Inland at Howe Ridding CWT Reserve, SD434882.
